What we keep about you, and why.

01Who is responsible

Axia AI Inc, New York, NY, United States, operates Rodas and Rodas Academy and is responsible for your data. For anything about privacy, the contact is hola@rodas.ai.

02What we keep

• Your email, when you leave it to open module 1, download a resource or write to us as a partner. In the partners form, also the name, organization and message you write.
• Your account, if you create one: the email you sign in with and, if you choose Google, the name and profile picture Google shares with us. There are no passwords: you sign in with Google or with a link we send to your email.
• Your progress in the course: which modules you opened, your answers in the activities, time spent and the score each module reports. We keep it so you can pick up where you left off, from any device.
• Your purchase: the Stripe payment identifier, the amount, the currency and the date. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• How you arrived: the landing page, the site you came from and the campaign tags (utm) in the link, if any.
• Your IP address is used at the moment to stop abuse of the forms. We do not store it with your account.

03Cookies

We use three first-party cookies and no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

• rodas_aid: an anonymous identifier that lasts 400 days. It keeps your module 1 progress before you have an account and joins it to your account when you create one.
• rodas_lead: remembers that you already left your email, so we do not ask again.
• The Supabase session cookies (they start with sb-): keep you signed in to your account.

04What we use it for

• Keeping your progress and giving you access to what you opened or bought.
• Sending the service emails: the sign-in link, your purchase confirmation and the notice when new modules open.
• Telling you about news from the course and from Rodas. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any email or writing to hola@rodas.ai.
• Understanding, with aggregated data that does not identify you, which parts of the course work and which need improving.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

05Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need to run the service, and only what each one needs:

• Supabase: database and authentication. Servers in the United States.
• Vercel: hosting.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Google: sign-in, if you choose to sign in with Google, and sending our emails from hola@rodas.ai.
• HubSpot: where we keep your contact and progress so we can write to you.

Your data is stored on servers in the United States. If you are in another country, by using the site you accept that it travels there.

06If you are under 18

Rodas Academy is meant for students finishing high school or who have already finished. If you are under 18, ask your mother, father or guardian for permission before leaving your email, creating an account or buying the course. They can write to hola@rodas.ai to see, correct or delete your data.

The site is not directed at children under 13. If we learn that someone under 13 left their data, we delete it.

07Your rights

You can ask us, at any time and at no cost, to:

• Show you what data we hold about you and give you a copy.
• Correct a wrong detail.
• Delete your account and your data.
• Stop sending you emails that are not part of the service.

Write to hola@rodas.ai from the email you registered with. We answer within 30 days. If you live in a country with a data protection authority, you can also complain to it.

08How long we keep it

As long as you have your account, or until you ask us to delete it. If you left your email but never created an account, we keep it until you ask us to delete it. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax law requires, even if you delete your account.

09Changes to this page

If we change something important, we update the date above and, if you have an account, we let you know by email.
